Business Support Advisor

The Business Support function within NJC operates as a central point of contact for all employees, contractors, and customers, and plays a vital role in how we conduct all aspects of our business.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a business support advisor to join our team in the north, this will be a hybrid role with a lot of support from our London business support team. The role of the business support advisor is to support the business both internally and externally.

Role covers:

  • Proactively support Business Operations
  • Confident in advising operations and field-based operations in the use of Templa.
  • Familiar with the use of SharePoint
  • Main point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Send out internal communications (Templa updates, business updates etc)
  • Deal with generic email inquiries from staff and ops managers
  • To be competent in inputting and locating information Work bills/ Quotes
  • Creation
  • Monthly batching
  • Data extraction for the monthly report
  • Guide Operations on the Stock ordering process
