NJC's Business Support team provides essential support across many areas of our business. This is a varied role which includes assisting with the Helpdesk service, managing the training schedule and certificates, updating the business information system and providing professional administrative support. The position involves working with a wide range of people, so strong verbal and written communication skills are required, together with a high level of organisational skills.
