Our 600+ team is single-mindedly focused on creating value through their unrivalled breadth of knowledge, skills, their geographical coverage and proximity to customers. In fact, when Connie Heppelthwaite founded the company, she understood providing great service meant recruiting great colleagues. So attracting, and investing in top-calibre people will always be a business imperative for NJC – for example, our Operations Director, Wayne Smith. He started with us as a window cleaner and 22 years later is now a board member.
