Reporting to our Regional Director, the Portfolio Manager, will take on the responsibility of overseeing the delivery of cleaning and support services at our customer sites. With a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, you will drive our customer experience, delivering high-quality services, driving innovation to foster growth within our existing contracts and cultivate new business relationships.
To excel in this role, you will have an in-depth knowledge of cleaning and soft service processes and procedures. Having a demonstrable track record in multi-site account management of a similar calibre is a must.
You will lead and nurture your team while instilling our vision and values. You should possess a passion for customer service and team leadership, with a clear understanding of creating, reviewing, and controlling contract costs, producing monthly reports, and managing your own profit and loss statement.
