Void cleaning  

Despite being unoccupied or “void”, apartments can gather dust quickly or, in extreme cases be vandalised, creating a negative and uninviting impression. Void cleaning is where we clean an unoccupied property to ensure it’s well-maintained and ready for viewing by potential tenants.  

Our dust void and flushing weekly clean services include: 

  • Thoroughly vacuuming all floors 
  • Mopping and wiping all surfaces  
  • Dusting and wiping all kitchen cupboards, inside and out 
  • Dusting all window ledges, frames and doors 
  • Spot cleaning glazing and door-vision panels 
  • Wiping clean bathroom surfaces and disinfecting toilets 
  • Opening windows and ventilating properties 
  • Complete water outlet flushing for at least 5 minutes and wiping spillages dry. 

End-of-tenancy cleaning  

Apartments with even the most fastidious tenants will still need at the end of their tenancies, and our end-of-tenancy cleaning service will ensure the property is ready to move into and in a presentable condition for the next resident. 

Our end-of-tenancy cleaning services cover:  

  • Cleaning of all: 
    • rooms including bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom  
    • surfaces including floors, walls, ceilings, dusting and cleaning of all furniture, fixtures and fittings  
    • appliances including oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher  
    • windows and window sills excluding the outside of external windows.  

  • Removal of any rubbish or debris from the property  
  • Suggesting charities to donate any unwanted or needed items left by residents.
