windows & façades

Windows and façades are intrinsic to many companies’ energy and well-being strategies. Yet cleaning them can present a real challenge for managing agents, landlords and owner occupiers of complex vertical structures and high-rise buildings. Which is where we come in.

explore our services

reaching new heights in high quality cleaning

We offer from the ground up inspection, mobile elevated work platforms, cradles, and rope access window and façade cleaning. We also self-deliver all our vertical services and have full-time static teams working around the year on several major portfolios.

An uncompromising approach to safety and commitment to “Zero Harm”, including highly governed processes and body worn GoPro cameras, underpin all our cleaning and vertical services. Meanwhile, our Drop Management system allows you to monitor window and external building cleaning activities in real-time from anywhere.

High quality training…

You’ll find our commitment both to our people’s safety and professional development unrivalled. We review and refresh training each year for the job at hand and ensure our people are up-to-date with the latest processes and legislative compliance. In fact, each team member completes a range of training courses, including:

  • IOSH for operatives and managers
  • First-aid
  • IPAF
  • Site specific building maintenance unit training
  • Spanset working-at-height training modules
  • IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association).
Window Cleaning

…meets technical expertise

We’ve yet to come across a window cleaning system or access method with which we’re not familiar. Why? Because we have long-standing close relationships with all the specialist manufacturers, suppliers, consultants and advisors in the industry.

BMUs and MEWPs

All our operatives receive site and BMU (Building Maintenance Unity) specific training, we’re fully insured, and complete any paperwork and risk assessment (RAMS) before using any window and façade cleaning systems. Some situations require a MEWP (Mobile Elevated Working Platform) for access, so our operatives are IPAF trained and certified for numerous platforms from specialist compact machines to large hydraulic truck mounts. They also carry their PAL (Powered Access License) card at all times.

Rope: access all areas

Sometimes, the best and most cost-effective way to reach difficult places is by rope access (abseiling). We’re one of only a few IRATA members in the UK specialising in rope access window cleaning and other vertical cleaning, maintenance, and inspection services.
