NJC Earn Investors in People Accreditation

NJC are proud to announce that we have once again demonstrated our commitment to the Investors In People Framework, receiving our award at a prestigious event at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
The accreditation was collected by our Senior HR Manager Kieran Soar and our Payroll Manager Eimear O’ Brien.
Investors in People assess how an organisation is performing in terms of workplace culture, specifically in areas around employee engagement, communication, and work practices. This enables us to understand our performance at leading, supporting and improving our people & culture strategy, comparing against other organisations in the industry and sector globally.
The renewed accreditation is the next step in our 20 year journey of IiP support, as we continue to develop our people and our processes, and very timely as NJC moves into a new period of growth.
