NJC’s service solution accommodates the fast growth of the development, with more than 250 new tenants per month in the last 6 months. Combining residential daily cleaning with vacant apartment flushing, defect checks and sparkle cleans allows an efficient and cost effective service. Technology is applied to the planning and reporting of services, providing governance on costs and outcomes.
All NJC colleagues benefit from regular customer service training programmes, that ensure we positively contribute to the customer journey, through an engaged, motivated workforce.
