Quintain Wembley Park is one of London’s most exciting new neighbourhoods. Transformation of long-neglected space around the National Stadium is creating a vibrant new district of London.

Wembley Park will become the largest Build to Rent development in the UK, with 6044 homes, complemented by a new seven acre public park, games areas and community hubs. The development also includes offices, retail and hospitality establishments.

This requires a flexible and responsive approach from NJC’s on-site resources, ensuring the highest customer service and reacting immediately to changing requirements. VIP tours often have to be accommodated at short notice.

NJC’s service solution accommodates the fast growth of the development, with more than 250 new tenants per month in the last 6 months. Combining residential daily cleaning with vacant apartment flushing, defect checks and sparkle cleans allows an efficient and cost effective service. Technology is applied to the planning and reporting of services, providing governance on costs and outcomes.

All NJC colleagues benefit from regular customer service training programmes, that ensure we positively contribute to the customer journey, through an engaged, motivated workforce.
